Workshop refund policy

Live workshops

Send us your refund request before the workshop begins.

Once the workshop has taken place and the recording and accompanying materials have been made available to participants, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you buy a ticket and can't attend, you can ask for access to a future live session of the same workshop, should Thesis Driven choose to run it again. Future sessions are not guaranteed, and availability and scheduling are entirely at Thesis Driven's discretion.

If your joining details haven't reached you, email hello@thesisdriven.com before the session begins so we can sort it out. See How do I join the live workshop? for when we send them.

Workshop recordings

You get access to a recording the moment you buy it, so recording purchases are final and non-refundable.

Discounts and promotional codes

We can't apply a discount code after you've paid, and we can't issue a partial refund to cover a discount that wasn't applied at checkout.

If you're a Thesis Driven alum and would like to use an alumni discount, email hello@thesisdriven.com before you complete your purchase.

Bundles

Bundle pricing deducts the workshops you've already paid for, but only the ones bought under the same email address you're using for the bundle. See How do workshop bundles work?.

If checkout is charging you full price and you think a deduction should apply, don't complete the purchase. Email hello@thesisdriven.com and we'll make sure you're charged the right amount.

Cancellations and rescheduling by Thesis Driven

If Thesis Driven cancels a workshop, you're entitled to a full refund.

If Thesis Driven reschedules a workshop, you can keep your registration for the new date or ask for a full refund before the rescheduled session begins.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thesisdriven.com with your name and the email address you used to register.

Once we issue a refund, your access to the workshop, its recording, and all its materials ends.
