The Thesis Driven Operator Database was built by Brad Hargreaves and the Thesis Driven team between 2023–2025 as an extension of the Thesis Driven newsletter.
It represents the definitive, verified list of developers and owners across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., documenting:

- The markets they operate in
- Their leadership teams and organizational details
